Shipping Policy

At Proxima Care, we are dedicated to delivering trusted medical store products, health essentials, and personal care items to your doorstep. To ensure timely service, we follow a two-tier delivery system depending on our local store presence.

Nationwide Delivery

We proudly deliver to every location in Pakistan within 2 working days. Whether you live in a major city or a rural area, our logistics network ensures that your items reach you promptly and securely.

1. Service Zones (Islamabad & Rawalpindi)

Since we have local stores in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, these areas fall under our service zones.

Delivery Timelines

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM → Processed the same day. 
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM → Processed the next business day. 
• Standard delivery time: 24–48 hours. 

Delivery Charges

• Orders below Rs. 5,000 → Delivery Fee: Rs. 159 
• Orders Rs. 5,000 and above → Free Delivery 

2. Non-Service Zones (Other Cities in Pakistan)

Currently, areas outside Islamabad & Rawalpindi fall under non-service zones. Deliveries in these areas are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners.

Delivery Charges

• Order weight up to 0.5 kg → Rs. 300 delivery fee 
• Order weight above 0.5 kg → Rs. 300 + Rs. 300 for each additional kg 

Special Note

• For orders with delivery charges higher than Rs. 300, our support team will call you before dispatch for confirmation. 
• Delivery times may vary depending on the courier partner’s service in your area. 

Delivery Verification

• Customers must verify items at the time of delivery against the invoice. 
• Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to the delivery rider or our customer support team.
